Does Grays Harbor have a weak prosecuting office, or is this just how things are done around here?

This is not a "weak prosecuting office." I think it was a reasonable agreement for all sides and saves the county the cost of a trial. I think Gordon is obviously tainted as a result of this. Given the age of Trump, that may be to his benefit. But, normally, I'd say he's toast.

This case wasn't even handled by the Grays Harbor County Prosecutor's office. It was handled by the City of Aberdeen's "corporate counsel" Or more accurately, his assistant. It seems like a reasonable resolution of the case to me.
